Velkommen til Mindfulness Lærer i EMPOWER. NOCNA/Paradigm tilbyr videreutdanning til Mindfulness Lærer som gir 100 CPD poeng (Continuous Professional Development).

Utdanningen gir deg kunnskap og ferdigheter innenfor Mindfulness generelt, og Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) og Mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). Etter godkjent utdanning vil du bli sertifisert som Mindfulness Lærer.
Som Mindfulness Lærer kan du guide enkeltpersoner og/eller grupper gjennom prosesser som gir anledning til å være tilstede i øyeblikket. Du lærer om og integrerer mindfulness for å skape et mer balansert liv. Forskning viser god effekt på å redusere stress, gi økt effektivitet, økt selvinnsikt og frigjøring av ressurser og kreativt potensiale.

NB. Vi minner om at for å kunne spille av lydfiler/video etc, så trenger du å bruke siste versjon av nettleseren Google Chrome. Det går raskt å laste ned.

Avansert trening

Du kan kombinere utdanningen med jobb eller andre studier. Studere fleksibelt hjemmefra/ online. Bli sertifisert i det tempo du ønsker. Lær sterke og kraftfulle teknikker og metoder slik at du kan arbeide som Mindfulness Lærer sammen med grupper eller enkeltindivider.

The Pilot Elisabeth Tanum

Pilot, ATPL-A, Airline Captain, Certified NLP Trainer, Certified Professional Coach, Certified Business Coach, NLP Coach, Leadership Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, Registered Health Coach, Sports Coach, Certified Business Coach. Elisabeth has long experience with management from the airline industry. At the age of 24, she became a professional pilot on Boeing 737. At the age of 30 she was appointed flight crew, and then held full responsibility for both aircraft, crew and passenger safety. Elisabeth is co-owner and board member of NOCNA. She is NLP Trainer and Certified Hypnotherapist has also been a teacher in child and youth school and has experience in sales. In addition, she has been an active athlete and football coach for children and youth.
